Fitness Assessment
Physical Fitness encompasses cardiovascular
endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body
composition. Testing these components is important for many reasons.
First, it establishes current level of fitness providing the exerciser
with in idea as to how physically fit they are. This baseline testing
also helps the individual determine his or her strengths and areas for
improvement. An exercise plan for action and goal setting are all based
on the fitness assessment. Baseline testing ensures that progress with
an exercise program is measurable and quantifiable. Postural
Assessments and Heart Rate/Blood Pressure monitoring is also available.
Corporate Fitness
We offer consultations on how to set up
fitness programs for condominiums or corporations. Appropriate
equipment purchase, development of weight training and cardiovascular
aerobic programs are all a consideration. We can help remove the
hassles of conflicting advice and answer questions making sure you match
the correct equipment and programs your residents or employees. Also
available are lectures and workshops on many current topics regarding
health and fitness.
