Billing

Body Renaissance is an out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, which allows us to maintain our high standard of care and individualized treatment sessions.  We have chosen this form of practice so that we can provide one-on-one, quality care, based on the need of each client rather than being directed by the requirements of any insurance company.  Our rates are therefore typically lower than many insurance based practices.  We will provide you claim forms for you to submit to your insurance company in order to pursue reimbursement from them.  Payment is expected when services are rendered.

Fees

Physical Therapy:  Initial Evaluation: $150.00,  Follow-up appointment: $120.00

Fitness/Pilates: $100/per session
